This is one two rolls thread rolling machine with hydraulic system, the Max. Rolling pressure is 35T. Can be used to make thread, cross knurling, straight knurling, groove or polishing.
There are 2 adjusting nuts which can control center distance of two thread rolling dies on machine. In feed and Through feed can be easily switched, only need to change thread rolling dies, and adjust the angle of main shafts.
The left and right supporting bases on the machine are an integral casting, and the center hole is processed and formed on one machine at one time, which largely guarantees the high precision of the machine. The adjustment scale of main shaft is marked on a hemispherical seat, so the indexing is more accurate.
Rotation speed of the machine can be adjusted by changing gears in the gearbox, so different speed can be used according to different products in real production.
