This is one heavy duty hydraulic thread rolling machine with 2 rolls, the Max. Rolling pressure is 100T. It is mainly used to make construction screw, wind power and bridge bolts, which usually have big diameter and high tensile strength.
There are 2 adjusting nuts which can control center distance of two thread rolling dies on machine, one on the left and one on the right, easy to operate.
The left and right supporting bases on the machine are an integral casting, and the center hole is processed and formed on one machine at one time, which largely guarantees the high precision of the machine.
Rotation speed of the machine can be adjusted by changing gears in the gearbox, so different speed can be used according to different products in real production.
