This is one thread rolling machine especially for through feed, such as set screw, socket screw and chemical bolts, etc. Can be used to make triangular thread, knurling, widely used in auto parts, aviation parts, motorcycle parts, hardware fasteners, precision screw rods and other industries.
There are 2 adjusting nuts which can control center distance of two thread rolling dies on machine. This machine can be converted into an eccentric machine, to make some small products with half thread.
The left and right supporting bases on the machine are an integral casting, and the center hole is processed and formed on one machine at one time, which largely guarantees the high precision of the machine. The adjustment scale of main shaft is marked on a hemispherical seat, so the indexing is more accurate.
Rotation speed of the machine can be adjusted by changing gears in the gearbox, so different speed can be used according to different products in real production. The Max. Speed is 87 rpm.
