This small size thread rolling machine can be used to make triangular thread, knurling on metal hollow parts, such as aerospace fasteners, auto fasteners, pipe fittings, lead screws, drive shafts, turbine studs, and cylinder rods, etc.

Easy Operation

Adopt cam type feed together with stepless speed-variation, the rolling time can be controlled to assure that the finished thread can reach the specified standard. Only In feed mode can be done on this 3 rolls thread rolling machine. Simple machine structure, easy to change thread rolling dies, and align correct thread line.

High concentricity

There are 3 pcs thread rolling wheels on the machine, so an equilateral triangle will be formed after adjusting the thread, the pressure in three different directions on hollow tube product is very uniform, so the hollow product can maintain good concentricity. Whether it is a seamless pipe or a welded pipe, the principle is the same.
