This is one high precision 3 rolls thread rolling machine with hydraulic system , main motor: 2.2KW, hydraulic motor: 1.5KW. The Max. Rolling pressure is 6T. This hydraulic machine is designed to roll precision forms such as threads, splines, worms, knurls, serrations, and annular grooves on solid and hollow components such as aerospace fasteners, auto fasteners, pipe fittings, lead screws, drive shafts, turbine studs, and cylinder rods, etc.
Adopt hydraulic circuit control for feeding, so the movable thread rolling dies can feed forward smoothly. In feed and through feed mode can be realized on the same machine. It is easy to change thread rolling dies, and adjust angle of main shafts.
Since there are 3 pcs thread rollers on the machine, so an equilateral triangle will be formed after adjusting the thread, the pressure in three different directions on hollow tube product is very uniform, so the hollow product can maintain good concentricity. Whether it is a seamless pipe or a welded pipe, the principle is the same.
Rotation speed of the machine can be adjusted by Inverter which is installed on the machine, fast and slow speed can be used according to different products in real production.
